This person apparently never became a client of Myler Disability. Because the review is anonymous, we're unable to verify what exactly happened, although we're pretty certain that we can piece together how things transpired based on our company policies and procedures. When a potential client calls in for a consultation, we go through a thorough screening to try and determine the merits of any potential claim with Social Security. If they pass our screening, we send them a “new client” package. This can take take anywhere from several days to two weeks to be received, based on where the person lives in the United States and the current processing times by the U.S. Postal Service. We do call and follow up with prospective clients, but it's highly unlikely that we called 12 times in a 2 week period. On average, we only call 3 times. If more calls than this were being received, it's extremely likely that these people contacted another disability company and were receiving calls from them as well. We simply don't have the time or the man power to make 12 calls to every potential client. Lastly, if calls were received at 7:00 am, we apologize. This is outside of our business hours, so we find it unlikely that these came from our office. If, somehow, they did, we offer a sincere apology. In 16 days time, we received a total of 12 phone calls from them asking us to fill out and send back their info packet- in which we didn't receive until 2 weeks later. Almost every time the "advocate" called, she always called around 7 am- after she was specifically asked to contact us in the afternoon.

(I guess she feels that since we're not working, we'll answer the phone at any old time!) Even after we cancelled their service, she still called with the message of how she can't help me until she receives the packet back! When I asked them to stop calling, they continued calling anyway!

When answering her email, I forwarded a letter of complaint back, only to receive it back from the server as blocked...! I found its better to contact your local SSDI/SSI office and apply over the phone.

That has happened to me to. 12 phone calls in one day to fill out and return the info packet.

Or you already gotten denied and they want you to go to court what for? So I can get denied again?
