Always have to beg to talk to someone. Dropped the ball on my SSI re app for over two months.
and NEVER can get anyone to return calls. Also the call at 7am and ask you to call them back and when you call back NO ONE ANSWERS!!! And you can't get anyone to talk to!!! Their new phone system is a joke!!!
I have tried to complain but it seem it makes no difference.
They seem not to care. I have called and asked to talk to a real person only to be pu though to the answering machine.
