My husband was four years into his case and They dropped him with less than 30 days until his hearing!!! Now what do we do?

Started out as helpfull, caring, and kind but once you sign there LEGAL papers its down hill from there with no help.

Yes myler did take a long time and no they dont call u back much they did help me get my ssdi but took 3 years..myler didnt want as much money as a local lawyer

In every type of litigation, there is a winner and a loser. Here, unfortunately, the judge did not believe our client's assertions that he was unable to work. In review of his claim, it appears that every single medical source we were aware of had been submitted...

Myler accepted my case and worked on it for a while. Then when it was almost time for a hearing, they sent me a letter saying they were dropping my case

I have told them four times already in no uncertain terms I will not communicate in any other way other than email (mainly due to the numerous complaints I have heard) and they refuse. I am firing them.

They say they have an urgent matter to discuss. If it is so urgent why can they not email me? I will not talk to them on the phone again. This place really leaves a lot to be desired.

I have spent a lot of time and they have not helped me fill out paperwork or contact SSA for me or anything.

They want me to do everything. So what should I need them for if they won't help???
