We're unable to verify the authenticity of this review and, although it's now 2017, just became aware of it. We would like to address the concerns this person had in 2012 when this was written, but we need him/her to call us so we can identify who he/she is. If we were fired by him/her shortly before his/her hearing, Social Security was obligated to determine how much of the fee should be paid to us and how much to his/her new attorney. Any fee that Myler Disability is paid is first approved by the Social Security Administration, so we're certain that whatever was done with this case was in accordance with the law. We're still happy to discuss this matter with this person, however, to see if there's anything that can be done to resolve her concerns. We can be reached at 1-800-652-9626.

Your attorney won so fast because Mylers did all the leg work then gave it to your new lawyer so he had hardly any work to do because it was already done. If they kept on the phone with you all the time they wouldn't get any work done. I've worked for a big name Disability Law office before so I know what goes on and it's not fair to blaim others just because the courts in your State have a backlog.

Finally someone who knows what they are talking about. And always remember there more than likely someone out there that needs to be a priority, before someone with osteoarthritis.

Yeah Mern, you sound like a real winner too.Just like most of the complaints, your English writing skills suck.

You wrote there instead of they're.

Learn English please!Myler disability sucks!

I appreciate your post. I feel much better armed for negotiations after reading this Cos (and others) complaints. With all these complaints AND their big ad campaign big impersonal firms are off the list.

The obvious posts by Myler shills confirm for me what's being said is accurate.

I can't believe that an obvious company rep is calling thier former customers names! :eek

Way to look professional guys!

I usually take most complaints with a grain of salt, knowing that you can't please everyone, but when they attack and name call, it really shows me what kind of people I would be dealing with.

Thanks for making my decision for me!

Peace.

Maybe you should read the paperwork you signed. In their fee agreement it states all the charges..

AND.. Social Security tells you that too. Who do you think got you as far as you got?

You would have never gotten that far had they not done their jobs right. It's YOU who looks like the *** for not reading the fee agreement YOU signed and YOU approved.
