We wish that the person who submitted this review would call us to discuss these concerns so that we can address them. Because the review is anonymous, we're unable to verify its authenticity. We want to make sure that we're addressing the unique needs of each client and the best way to do that is through proper communication. We have successfully represented tens of thousands of clients over the years and the overwhelming majority of those clients are extremely happy and satisfied with the work we do. We know that we can always find room for improvement, though, and if there's anything we could have done better to help this client, we'd like to know. It appears, based on this review, that we've had contact at least weekly with this client. While his/her case has been taking a long time to be processed, this has nothing to do with Myler Disability and everything to do with the backlog that Social Security is currently facing. It's unfortunate that things are so slow. During the wait time, though, we want to be by your side and do whatever we can to help your claim be stronger for when it's finally scheduled for hearing before an administrative law judge. MYLER'S IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY GET YOU TO SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE JUST TO GET YOU.AND ONCE YOU SIGN THEY PUT YOU ON THE BACK BURNER.YOU CAN CALL THEM NO RETURN CALLS YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK.THEY WANT YOU TO DO ALL THE FOOT WORK AND SEND THEM MEDICAL RECORDS AND ANYTHING ELSE THEY CAN GET YOU TO SEND.

I'VE BEEN WITH THEM FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS IT WILL BE 3 IN AUG(2016) AND THEY ARE TELLING ME 18-24 MONTHS I HAVE TO CONTINUE TO WAIT FOR A HEARING.THEY NEVER CAN TELL YOU HOW'S YOUR CASE IS GOING AND WHEN THEY DO TELL YOU IT'S THE SAME THING THEY TOLD YOU MONTHS BEFORE. ARE THEY REALLY WORKING ON YOUR CASE OR JUST SITTING IN A OFFICE DOING NOTHING.I CALL THEM 2-5 TIMES A MONTH JUST TO SEE HOW MY CLAIM IS GOING CAUSE THEY DON'T CALL OR CONTACT YOU TO LET YOU KNOW HOW'S YOUR CASE IS GOING.

I TALKED TO SOMEONE TODAY (1-6-16) AND WAS TOLD THEY TALKED TO SS CONCERNING MY CASE I ASKED WHY I WASN'T TOLD OR HAVEN'T BEEN NOTIFIED ABOUT THAT AND WAS TOLD CAUSE IT WASN'T NOTHING IMPORTANT.THEY TREAT YOU LIKE AN ANIMAL AT THE CIRCUS WITH SO MUCH BS AND RUN AROUND.I WISH I HAD NEVER USED THEM TO REPRESENT ME FOR MY SS CASE.IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT USING THEM YOU BETTER WAIT AND THINK AGAIN.

I would definitely not use Myler Disability.They did file the paperwork for me, but when the first problem arose, I was basically told to solve the problem myself.

I immediately fired them, but since I was approved, through no effort of theirs, they still want to collect the full fee.

To contest this would only worsen my already desperate financial situation.Hope their greed one day chokes them!tSnUray

Wow , you no what, how do you even no they went to court for you are did they use the paper work we are to provide them .so right when you sign on the dotted line you are hooked .this happened to me in2013 I have no idea what they did for me but they do want payment ,I'm going to tell who ever worked on my case to give me every single piece of work they supposedly did to mail that to me lol bet they don't have nothing because I didn't even use them to win my case .I did win with legal aid however. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING

My boyfriend went through this exact same thing!I thought he wrote this review!

He saw the judge, was denied again and they sent him a letter today saying they expect payment for their survives.At his hearing his lawyer didn't fight for him or even help him with questions the judge asked.
