One of the hardest things an attorney has to do is give legal advice to a client that does not want to listen to the advice. As hard or uncomfortable as this may be at times, it does not lessen the attorney's duty to be a counselor of the law and to properly inform the client of what the law is and what the consequences of his or her actions may be if they disobey the law. When a client is attempting to commit perjury, a good attorney should always counsel the client to reconsider and to focus on telling the truth, no matter what the consequences of that may be. It is unfortunate that this former client's wife is so upset with us, but be assured that there is a very different side to this story. However, this is not the proper forum to discuss what actually happened. We are happy to discuss this matter further with either the client or his wife, but since being made aware of this online posting, they have not answered our phone calls. They are welcome to call us at 1-800-652-9626.

Myler Disability was suppose to help my husband. Instead it took the case four years to go in front of a judge. The date came we meet the lawyer and she had the biggest attitude and rude! You should have heard the things she was saying to my husband. So we are no longer using myler! When I called main office to tell my husbands case worker what had happen she didn't want to hear it and said she could not discuss the case which is a lie because we are married and he signed papers for them to talk to me.Very disappointed and will never use them again or recommend them to any one!!
