We understand that you're upset that Social Security denied your case. Your attorney explained to you on 12/21 why we feel we do not have sufficient evidence to appeal your case. If you would like to discuss this further, you're welcome to give us a call.

I recommend finding another law firm. These people evidently have so many clients, that they passed my case to 5 different case workers.

When they lost my case, I had a new case worker that never called me to tell me. The most unprofessional law firm I've ever dealt with.

Myler Disability - The reviews are scaring me

We appreciate the comments from this client. She is feeling, as she stated, "scared, hopeless and afraid" because of how long this process with Social Security takes and what could happen if her case is not approved. Many of our clients are facing similar difficulties and wonder what will happen if their case is denied. These clients, through no fault of their own, are now unable to work and pursue their dreams. We are honored to help our clients during these difficult times. While we usually can't make Social Security work faster and can never guarantee the outcome of a case, we do all we can to help our client succeed. It's a long, difficult process, but it's something we've been successful at many, many times. If you have specific questions or concerns about your case, give us a call at 1-800-652-9626.

Upon reading some of the reviews, I'm a little nervous about having Myler represent me on my disability claim. I stay on top of communication about my illnesses, diagnosis', doctor appointments, tests, therapy, etc., but am on the *** of losing my home that I have worked very hard for as a single mom raising two children on my own.

I am having to sell the automobile that I dearly love and step down to a beater to have cash to keep from losing my home, as there is no help in Virginia if you own your own home. My credit cards are maxed out from having to pay my mortgage and auto payments for the last year and a half, the payments are due on them, and I have no way to pay them. I feel as if I am going to be forced to file bankruptcy as well.

And just two years ago, I was a thriving loan officer at a bank, making a decent living. Feeling scared, hopeless, and afraid of losing everything I have, waiting for something I worked for...for more than 30 years.

Myler Disability's reply to:

Myler Disability - Well haven,t heard anything from your office , my son Robert Andrade needs you to help him, It has been two or three years , since he has applied for disability when he hired you that he would get hel

I was able to speak this afternoon with our client and it appears that he was given incorrect information by Social Security. I'm not sure what lead to that miscommunication, but we were able to verify that he most certainly does have a disability claim pending with Social Security. He filed a request for hearing in December 2016 and will still be waiting a number of months before his claim in heard. Currently, the national average wait time for a hearing before one of Social Security's Administrative Law Judge is 19 months. This has nothing to do with Myler Disability or our clients, but rather with the backlog in cases and the lack of funding that Social Security is experiencing. We realize the hardship that such long wait times put on our clients and do what we can to help them strengthen their case as they wait. As always, we're happy to help our clients with any questions or concerns they have. We can be reached at 1-800-652-9626.

We've been trying to get ahold of this client for several weeks. Last we spoke to her she told us her phone had been stolen and the new number she gave us is no longer working. We'd encourage her to give us a call at 1-800-652-9626. We appreciate her reaching out on this website and hope that we can reestablish contact with her soon. We understand how frustrating it can be waiting for a disability claim to be processed by Social Security. Wait times are extremely long, especially when waiting for a hearing. Unfortunately this is being made worse by the current backlog SSA is facing and the hiring freeze that the Agency has in place. No matter how long it takes, though, we're here to help our clients out every step along the way.

Myler Disability - HORRIBLE

I had the opportunity today to speak with this gentlemen and discuss his complaints with our office. He was experiencing some confusion in regards to the communication with our office. We've had regular phone conversations with him and each time we've taken any action on his case (including the appeal he discusses in his complaint), we've both called him and send a confirmation email summarizing the phone conversation and outlining the action we're taking on his case. Interestingly, the appeal he says we never informed him about was completed and submitted while he was on the phone with our staff. Ten minutes later, we sent him a confirmation email regarding the filing of the appeal and what further actions we needed him to take to help strengthen his case.

Recently, after reviewing the medical records that he sent us (which we did NOT lose) and the medical reports that just became available to us from Social Security (based on examinations some of their doctors completed on him), we determined there was probably not enough evidence for him to be successful in his case. We've talked to this client about our concerns with his medical records and the lack of support from his own doctors. He knows that if he starts seeing new doctors, and if any of his doctors are supportive of him applying for disability, we'd be happy to look at his claim again and try helping him.

This gentleman has my direct phone number and can call me in the future to discuss his medical records. We'd be very interested in helping him again if his medical conditions worsen and his doctors become supportive of his pursuit of benefits.

Got a letter yesterday that they are withdrawing from my case and that I wouldn't be charged for services,my question is how could you charge me and you all didn't do anything. No request for medical record no nothing. The medical records I had I sent to them and they lost them.Very unprofessional,i got turned down and didn't find out till I was in the 4th month of the appeal process, and the only I found out is because I called them. Now 6 months into the appeal process they withdraw. The letter stating that was the first time id heard from them in a year without me having to call them. They probably take on every case they discover and are over loaded if you don't contact them you wont hear from em,and the person assigned to your case everytime you call I guarantee it goes to voice mail.I got a new case worker that I had to call just to find that out,and she withdrew from my case so the firm doesn't represent me any more a whole year of waiting for nothing.

After reading many horrid reviews, I was scared because I had already hired them. I stressed after my first 2 denials.

So a hearing was scheduled finally after waiting at least a year. I was still stressed from the bad reviews and worries up to the moment I met with my attorney, JASON CARNEY. From that moment forward I was completely at ease. He was kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful with the entire process.

He made sure I understood what was going to happen in the hearing. He was well versed in my case.

I was pleasantly relieved after having read all those bad reviews. Jason Carney represented me in Sacramento, California and I would recommend him to a friend or retain his services if ever needed - Paula B Rose-a happy, satisfied, approved client

This is not a review from an actual client, but rather appears to be a false review from one of our competitors. The URL indicates that this is the case, so please don't take this review seriously. In addition, our Utah attorneys have significant litigation experience and are well respected by the judges, fellow attorneys, and clients alike. If you'd like help on your claim from attorneys with a proven track record, give Myler Disability a call at 1-800-652-9626.

Myler disability is a cattle ranch that want to get as many people through as possible with doing the least amount possible. Their philosophy is quantity not quality.

My rep from Myler did not represent me at all. I could have had a mop bucket do as good of a job as Myler did. This firms practices should be investigated. My case worker had 300 cases she was over.

Like I said they just as many applicants as possible and let the judge do a coin toss. If you are in Utah go somewhere else. Anywhere else would have been better than Myler. You don't talk to an attorney until right before your case.

They won't let you meet to review your case because they don't do anything. worst mistake I ever made was to choose Myler.

My daily life changed very fast with the strong progression of a bone disease I inhearited.Though they werent able to go back to the very first time I filed they did go back some and it was so much easier with thier help.I was so sick and adjusting to having others help me and now losibg my walking but so greatful for thier services. It was hard to swallow my pride and go on disability and though its a struggle cause its not enough to really live off of if I were single I am greatful for now at least I can go see the specialists i need to even if I have to still sign up for alot of assistance and medication assistant programs at least medicare covers my dr visits and Continued bloodwork and xrays to track and help me find treatment options to try to at least slow it and to make the pain somewhat bearable.Mylers was on top of things even when i was forced to move states to stay with other family due to I couldnt work and family in one state didnt want the burden of me there. So while staying with other family after the move I was approved and not too long after my medicare started sinvr they were able to go back. Now that I am losing my walking and my bones are deformed even more so I am exstremely greatful they even contact me once a year to check up on me and to offer setvices about advantage health plans as every year thry go up and our checks dont by hardky nothing. So nothing but greatful for thier hard work and making at least one person feel important still even if they cant contribute to society like they had hoped.People put down being on disability but really I dont recieve enough to live on my own but without it Id worse off at least I can try to feel like im helping support the boys and cloth myself and contribute to the household and be able to see the doctors or I would already be in a home at 40.So being on disability I am not proud of but at least it provided me some dignity when one loses the ability to do what others take for granted it matters in the eyes of those who are suffering even more zo for those who are younger and the cards seem stacked against them.So thankyou mylers for your help

This review is not from a client we have represented. At Myler Disability, we take pride in being zealous advocates for our clients and helping them through the entire disability process. If you don't win, we don't get paid. Our ability to continue as a business is directly contingent upon our ability to get you the results you are seeking. As we represent you, there will be paperwork that needs to be filled out (and that only you can fill out). We're more than happy to answer any questions you may have, though. As your claim progresses through the Social Security process, we'll help you obtain your medical records and when a hearing is finally scheduled, we'll have an attorney by your side as you appear and testify before an administrative law judge. We're in this because we want to see you succeed. If you have further questions, call us at 1-800-652-9626.

I used Myler for my disability case and it was a mistake. He never returned my calls or kept me informed on what was going on. I had to fill out the paperwork even though I repeatedly asked for help.

He was continually confusing me with another client, even at court he had to keep looking though his papers to remind him of who he was dealing with and would say things that were not about my case to the judge.

I didn’t feel comfortable with judge. When I ask him to request a new judge, Myler refused because he likes this judge. The case was denied and went for appeal. I fired Myler.

I went to court with a different judge and represented myself and was awarded some money. Sadly, I had to pay him for not doing anything because I mistakenly didn’t keep a copy of the fire letter for myself and it his office said there was no record of it. He then took more of my money than he said he would.

In summary of Myler does not care about people, I was almost homeless, his response was that might help our case. Clearly he doesn’t care about his clients all he cares about is how much money he can get from them.

Myler Disability's reply to:

Myler Disability - Disability claim was not represented right by Myler

It's difficult when Social Security doesn't rule the way we feel they should. Such is the case here. The reality, however, is that some judges have high approval rates and some judges don't. There's no way of picking which judge will hear your claim. If there were, we'd all be requesting the liberal judges and objecting to the conservative one. Alas, such is not reality and we have to deal with the judge assigned. Here, the judge didn't believe the client and ignored the statements from the client's doctors. The client says that “appeals” were improperly filed, but that is clearly not the case. Rather, she's upset because the judge didn't rule in her favor. All her appeals were properly filed, all medical evidence was obtained and submitted, as were statements from her doctors. We appealed the judge's decision and attempted to have the decision overturned. It's unfortunate her case was denied, but it was not for our lack of trying. If this former client would like to discuss this further, she can contact our office at 1-800-652-9626.

Filed with Myler 3years ago and lost every time .I hired a new attorney and won my case in 7 months I lost a lot of time and money being with Myler and I want to file charges against Myler for not doing their job. I have been disabled for 16 years I filed for the disability of epilepsy thinking that Myler would do their job and help me file for epilepsy for my case.I have been denied every time we filed.I feel that I should be in my rights to file a lawsuit against Myler for not doing what I said to do which was file for the appeal not a review which is all they did so I lost 3 years going through them with nothing coming out of this I feel I was wrongfully represented. I have lost places to live and time to fix my claim which they should have done
