This client was very verbally abusive of our staff and would call multiple times over the course of a few minutes, then never answer his phone when we would return his call. From what I can tell, after he was approved for benefits we was upset that Social Security paid us for the services we rendered on the claim. Each time we have attempted to talk to him about this, he has either not answered or has made very abusive comments to our staff. I am personally willing to talk to him, but he needs to answer our calls first or call us again at 1-800-652-9626.
