If we withdrew from this case "three months" before the hearing, as this review alleges, it would have only been because either (1) we had lost contact with the client, or (2) we had identified evidence in the file that strongly suggested fraud and were unsuccessful in convincing the client to withdraw her/his claim. I did not like them or they work they are very lazy .Three months before I want

court the lawyer quit I was glad .I went to court by myself and won my case . They never return my calls or email glad I did it on my own .Why go with someone who knows nothing about you or your case .Glad its over thanks for quit on me .

I did all the work any way so on yea I get to keep all of my back pay. Again thank you because everything in my paperwork was not but the truth so that's why I did not care about get other laywer

We definitely share this client's frustrations! It is absolutely ridiculous that it is taking Social Security so long to issue a decision on her case. We have been calling SSA to get regular updates on the status and it appears that the decision has finally been written and is back on the judge's desk, presumably awaiting signature. I was able to have a nice conversation this morning with this client and I shared with her this most recent status update. We also discussed how it is disheartening to have things take so long. I understand that it's easy for our clients to lash out at us when they're frustrated, but Myler Disability is not the Federal Government. We have no way of making the judge issue a decision faster, just like we have no way of making Congress allocate additional funding to Social Security or making the President deactivate his Twitter account. I would encourage this client, and any other client with similar concerns regarding the extreme slowness with which the Social Security Administration operates, to remember that we are on a team, both fighting the same slow, inefficient Federal bureaucracy. We will continue to keep this client apprised of any development that happens with her case. We sincerely hope that our long wait for her decision is almost over.

I saw the judge in May 2017, no word except the excuse of back logged! I could have gotten my medical records and waited by myself and not have had to pay anyone!

Apparently they are at the mercy of Social Security, so they can't help you with anything. I am not a mean vindictive person. I can not drive now due to my conditions, HOME BOUND. I have been in the process for 3 years!

This definitely hasn't helped me! Oh, and by the way in order to post this I have to agree to their Terms, won't let me read them!

To be honest, it has been a year and a half-hour years since I have been with MYLER. I am strong you considering going with another law firm.

MYLER has done nothing that I haven't already done myself. Calls aren't returned or if they are, they go to the wrong number despite me leaving my current number in the phone message. Extremely disappointed. Received a call a few days ago from my new caseworker, in training who couldn't answer any questions.

She just kept apologizing and saying she was in training. Tells me she is sending paperwork to be signed so MYLER can get paid if I win my case.

I told her I signed them two years ago, she tells me they lost them. Perfect opportunity to move on to another law firm!

I had the privilege today of speaking with this client and we discussed the consultative examination that he missed in March 2016. Social Security sent notice shortly before the exam and he didn't get the letter until after the date had already passed. A request was made to have the examination rescheduled, but Social Security denied the request. We are continuing to represent this client in the appeal process and we appreciate his feedback. We constantly look for ways to improve our service and love to hear feedback from our clients!

I was refer to Myler Disability through a friend he explain how the help him with his claim and everything rule in his favor. So I was like they maybe they can assist me with my claim so far they have been working very diligently with my case.

However the only issue I had with Myler Disability was they didn't notify me about the doctor appointment that I had with the state and since I was unaware of this appointment I miss it and as a result of this action I was now face with filing a appeal which in return I now have to wait even longer. So therefore since this was a form of negligence what else can be done with this entire no matter what.

We submit this information to Social Security and they, in turn, determine if it is sufficient to support the allegations the client is making regarding his/her inability to work. Look up Mylers poor service record. This is a scam company.

They take your information trey you well u too that paper comes you sign giving them full rights to your money. After that YOU do all the doctor appointments you spend the money on doctors and send Myler the information. They sent an incomplete form to government of my disability didn't include Doctors physical assentment and got denied.

I have a server major bend and twist in my spine and fall al the time. They did nothing to help me once that letter of denial came they dropped ME may they burn in a *** of their own making All scammers crooked people bottom line don't believe the good reports nobody as bad as them could have good results!!

They just did the same thing to me. They dropped out of my case, I stayed on track with them, providing them with new medical issues and now they send me a letter saying they have withdrawn from my case because lack of information to my case.

I always updated doctors and power of attorney with them. They never call to see how ur doing. They hardly return phone calls.

I'm glad they withdrew themselves I'd rather gather my own information and represent myself because they wasn't doing anything anyways. They just were sitting ducks.

I read the list of reviews......I really don't know what these people are *** about,the service that I received from Myler Co. was exceptional!

All my questions were answered promptly, their service was explained in detail and was explained in simple terms,so as not to be confusing.

I have already told 3 friends about them without hesitation! SSD approval a few years back.

I never wrote a review of the excellent service and speedy decisions that Myler assisted me in receiving SSD. They were responsive and helpful, if you filled out their forms correctly and honestly.

They ran interference for me and yes they took a fair portion of my SSD check, but notified me ahead of time and saved me months if not a year of red tape.

I TRIED FOR SIX MONTHS with Social Security hearings and a case worker who was overloaded and an Island away from my residence to retrieve my SSD approval. I would and have recommended their services to others.

In regards to how quickly Social Security released your back pay, please be aware that this is controlled by statute and while it's inconvenient, it's one of the requirements on SSI claims. Regarding the $28 that you mentioned, this was for medical records that one of your doctor's offices sent us. They charged us $28 for the records and, per our agreement with you, we forwarded to you this expense. Because it has been so long, though, I'm willing to waive it. We wish you the best in all that is ahead.

I'm very happy with the way Myler Disability handled my case. I won.

It was easy.The lawyer they sent from New York was excellent. But now I can get my back pay only in 6 month installments of no more than $2,100.00. After years of being homeless and living on the streets , I'd like to use my back pay " wisely". Buy a used truck and a zero turn mower so I can do something to supplement the $733 dollars a month to live on.

I don't know what to do. Myler Disability got all of their money (except for 28 dollars) that they are hounding me about.

Hi, I am a 30 yr old male with "jme" epilepsy. I have had it for 10+ yrs and have seizures on a regular basis.

Myler was "representing" me for at least a couple yrs. then I get a letter saying they are dropping representation of me for what reason, I have no idea.

I can't work,can't drive, and continue to get worse. How is it even legal for them to drop me???
