I had the opportunity to talk to this nice lady this morning and discussed with her ways in which she can help her family member's case. We understand the stress that she's under as she tries helping a family member with a diminished mental capacity and we applaud her for being so willing to help. We're sorry if she wasn't happy with how her conversation with our staff went last Friday. We deeply care about our clients and want them (and their family members) to have a positive experience with us. If our client will give us permission, we'll work with this family member as we continue to be the representatives on this claim.

Called the office to get understanding on how I can assist my father in law and the first response from a femal associate was "well what do you want me to do about it" in a sarcastic tone. Not thrilled about why my father in law chose this firm.
