I'm EXTREMELY BLESSED!!! I thank Myler Disability from THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!

From the first phone call I had with Myler Disability, I knew I had made the right choice. I admit, I was not an easy client to deal with either. Every Caseworker assigned to me expressed extreme sympathy for me & not once treated me like I was bothering them. I thank all of you at Myler Disability for your patience & hard work. Myler Disability won my case for me!!! I give my thanks to the Attorney that represented me at my hearing, he was the the ICING ON THE CAKE!!!! I have already recommend Myler Disability to several people with pure confidence. Thank you again Myler Disability!!!

Myler Disability's reply to:

Myler Disability - Worst Council Ever!

Unfortunately, Social Security is not going to approved benefits for every person that applies for disability benefits. Here, this individual's claim was denied and we can understand why she would be upset by this. However, her allegations that her attorney lied to her are not true. His decision not to appeal her case was based on contradictions between the medical records from her doctors and her testimony. More detail of what these contradictions are cannot be discussed on a public forum such as this, but if the client would like more detail, we're happy to discuss this with her again if she'll give us a call.

Absolutely the Worst place to use for council. My attorney stated, at my hearing, that all the records were not there for the judge, but that it was okay, the judge would keep the case open to receive the documents at a later time. Then I find out from his secretary that was a lie.

After my hearing, my attorney looked me right in my face and said we would appeal if the decision wasn't favorable...well it was unfavorable so Myler sends me a letter stating they were not going to represent me anymore. There was nothing else they could do for me. I've never heard of anything like it in my life! Also, during the time we were waiting on my hearing, I emailed the secretary over and ober to verify if records were receieved and was assured multiple times they were.

I have email proof. The lawyer was a liar!

Myler Disability's reply to:

Myler Disability - HORRIBLE!

I have personally reviewed this case and have attempted to talk to this disgruntled client. I understand that she is upset after receiving an unfavorable decision from the judge. However, I believe her frustration and anger are improperly being aimed at those who are trying to help her. Her attorney did an excellent job at her hearing. He was very familiar with her case and did all he could to try and convince the judge to approve benefits. However, the judge ultimately decided that this client was still capable of some types of work and denied disability benefits. We have attempted several times to talk to this client about the judge's decision, but each time she becomes very upset and begins yelling at our staff and eventually hangs up her phone. While we are very willing to help advise her on what her next options include, we do ask that she stop yelling when she talks to us. It is unfortunate that her case was denied, but it wasn't denied for lack of preparation on our part, or on hers. Rather, the judge simply didn't believe her. There are productive, professional ways to handle this and when this client is ready to talk, we encourage her to give us a call back.

ADVERTISES NO OUT OF POCKET COST. UNLESS THEY LOSE YOUR CASE!!

3 years of waiting 3 denials. I WAS FINALLY able to see a judge, the unprepared attorney that i spoke to 15minutes before the hearing lost my case. He wasn't able to give answers to ANY of the questions asked AND when asked if he had any comments he said no!! After my denial I was sent a bill for almost $600.00!!

STAY AWAY!!

They caused more problems.. Now I get to start all over..

Myler Disability - Excellent

I would highly recommend Myler Disability. Their procedure from the application, to the case manager, and legal representation worked like a well oiled machine. Their staff are knowledgable and friendly, and we were always treat with respect. They pleasantly answered any question we had. Our case was moved along swiftly. The lawyer we had through Myler was intellegent, honest, and friendly. He knew his job and we ended up with a favorable decision. Thank you Myler and staff.

Myler Disability in Utah is a filthy uncouth business that should be gone. The attorney that represents you in Utah in front of the Disability Judge is not licensed in Utah Merrick is his name, before the hearing you have a 15 minute phone call if your lucky At the hearing no prep time to go over anything and the attorney has several clients. Myler made a family member go thru *** because of their incompetence and greed. Your case is assigned to numerous people during this process with no notification. They are here to line their pockets with money, not to help anyone.

They recently started Myler Injury, Ryan Schriever is the attorney who comes from a big auto insurance firm. Supposed to be injury but Myler also has bestowed upon this man the right to file in Federal court for Disability clients. Again where is his experience with Disability, when he specializes in auto/injury cases!

Myler is to be avoided like the plague, someone needs to file a lawsuit on them for their INCOMPETANCE!!!!

Myler Disability's reply to:

Myler disability let me down Melody Sabonis

We're sad that this client wasn't approved for benefits. Our attorney that covered this case, (who lives in this client's home state), did the best she could at the hearing to convince the administrative law judge that this client was unable to work. All of the medical records had been submitted, testimony from the client was presented, and all the normal legal arguments were made. However, in the end it was the judge who decided that this client was still able to sustain a job. At Myler Disability, we're not ambulance chasers. We are simply trying to help disabled individuals obtain benefits from Social Security. While we've been successful in helping tens of thousands of clients obtain benefits, there are times that Social Security doesn't rule our way. The same happens with all other attorneys and representatives out there. When we do received an unfavorable decision, we can often appeal, but it greatly depends on how strong the records are and how believable the client sounded during her testimony. If this client would like to discuss further why we weren't able to continue representing her, she can call us at 1-800-652-9626.

To say Myler let me down is an understatement. I never had the same attorney when I called them to see how things were going.

I pretty much had a slam dunk case, and they blew it. They had no trouble calling me the day before my phone interview though. They said they would be happy to take my case, and because of them I have learned to ask question before hand. They never told me at the time they were in Utah had I known just that I would have passed. They are pretty much ABULANCE CHASERS.

Live and learn, but in the mean time here I am unemployable homeless. Myler you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Myler Disability is a scam...I was cheated out of 9 months of my disability. I had 2 open heart surgeries in 3 days, had cataracts and could not drive.

My chest was sewn together with steel wire & I was a caregiver. My *** dr said I could go back to work after 90 days. What a joke. How could I lift 200 lb people with my chest sawed in half.

Myler did NOTHING to help me! They never contacted my eye dr or the dr that performed my back surgery. I would not recommend them to the devil! They ripped me off so I am appealing ssi's decision.

They are fraudulent & need to pay for it. I also did all the work & it took a yr to get anything.

They are a joke. If there is an attorney that could help me I would appreciate it.

Wait, wait, wait. Let me get this right.

Your doctor returned you to work 90 days after your surgeries and you're blaming Myler for this? Really?

Sorry, but I'm not seeing the logic in this. If the doctor says you are capable of working, what do you think's going to happen?

The Dr never followed up on my back surgery nor my cataracts. It was up to Myler to make sure he contacted every Dr I had & that did not happen.

Myler Disability - What a joke!

We wish this person would have voiced his/her concerns to us and given us the opportunity to address each one. It appears here that this person was denied benefits and he/she is upset because of this. We try hard to help all of our clients receive a favorable outcome, but the reality is that some cases won't be approved because the judges aren't going to believe that every single person that comes before them is unable to work. Here, this client would have been aware of every single page of evidence in his/her file, so there were definitely not any “mystery doctors.” It is extremely unlikely that any “mistakes” were made on this case. Rather, it's much more likely that the medical evidence wasn't quite as strong as the judge would have wanted it to be and the client's testimony didn't quite match up with the objective evidence and therefore benefits were denied. Had this client come to us with his/her concerns, we would have been able to discuss the options for an appeal and also likely resolved each and every concern. We'd encourage our clients to call us to discuss matters like this. We can be reached at 1-800-652-9626.

What exactly happened....NOTHING! This is the worst firm I have ever dealt with.

Disabilities are not always visible and my assigned representative (so called attorney) pretty much told me after I lost my case that he didn't really notice anything wrong with me....maybe he needs x-ray glasses or live in my shoes. I seen him one time for maybe 30 minutes and that was at my hearing. When I got my denial papers from SSA/SSD there were doctors statements on there that I have never seen or heard of and they made a decision on my medical problems in 2012 and I just went to court in November 2014 and the judge used their decision over my doctors report. That's 2yrs....plenty of time for someone to tell me about the mystery doctors.

There are way to many inconsistent statements made in my denial letter to list on here. But I'm not giving up! Got a new attorney...a local one and pray they can sypher out all the mistakes Myler made. And the sad thing is I stayed with them for over 3yrs.

They have no clue what they are doing. Oh and the attorney that was assigned to my case lives in the same town as I do so you would think we would of had a meeting in the 3yrs I waited.

Myler Disability's reply to:

Myler Disability - Incompetence

While this client was unhappy with how her hearing went, there's little that our attorney could have done to stop the judge from conducting the hearing in the way he saw fit. The judge had a number of questions that he wanted answered and even though our client had a hard time responding to these questions, they needed to be answered. Fortunately, her case was approved. It's very likely that the difficulty she experienced helped show the judge that she was unable to sustain full time work. Here at Myler Disability, we try hard to prepare our clients for their disability hearing and we stand by their side throughout the entire process.

I hired Myler in 2011 to try to help me get approved for disability due to mental health issues. After we finally get to court in 2014, the judge proceeded to yell at me through the entire session, treating me like a criminal and Myler's attorney did nothing to stop it.

I had to answer rapid fire questioning under so much duress I was literally sobbing in the court room and could not think clearly at all. The attorney sat by and allowed this to continue. Did I get a fair hearing? NO.

Myler's attorney did nothing but sit there. I would have had the SAME outcome WITHOUT Myler. I didn't get proper representation.

I didn't have someone to speak on my behalf, no advocate. I had a lump with a briefcase.

haha!! You are a fraud!

Grow a pair and quit trying to blame your problems on everyone else! So what that the judge yelled at you!!! Do you think the lawyer can actually stop that from happening? You're right in that you would have been yelled at with our without a lawyer there.

But how is that his/her fault?

I have heard about this company and was doing a little research about them. After reading some of these comments, I'm convinced that most of you are whiny people who probably aren't disabled. You are what is wrong with the system.

There are hundreds of thousands of people applying for benefits every year that probably aren't deserving of them. When they lose, they want to blame anyone but themselves.

I wasn't going to hire these guys, but maybe I will now. The bad complaints seem to be baseless and the positive reviews seem to be sincere.

I'm sure I'll have hiccups with them from time to time if this process takes as long as everyone says it does. But that's what happens when you work with someone weekly for 2 years.

Maybe I'll win my case, and maybe I won't. I have supportive doctors (I think) and if I have a representative that is experienced with doing this stuff, I think my chances are pretty good.

You suppose to do your own paperwork, you no more about your situation then Myler does. I'm go to stick with them for myself and see what happens.

I am a 30 year old female. I have Refractory (drug resistant) Epilepsy and I require brain surgery and a service dog.

I am grossly disappointed with Myler Disability and I do not recommend the to represent you. They did not advocate on myself and seemingly know nothing about Disability. My case work was excellent at paper work, but my lawyer was a complete flop. My Social Security case was completely mishandled.

Not only by Myler but the entire system.

I had to get my Congressman involved because I found the actions of the ALJ to me questionable and unethical. My lawyer told me not to involve my Congressman when my first third hearing was cancelled.

Who is the mystical magical Brad Myler?

Has anybody ever spoken to him? If you are truly disabled you are just going to have to advocate for your self. Learn about the PASS program and tax deductions. It's a complicated system, but if you spend the time researching S.S and put Myler in their place you might get somewhere.

My second third hearing is in 2015.

I have a new Judge and a new Lawyer from Myler and I am prepared for any question about anything. I refuse to be a victim.

Only I can keep my head above water.

Wish me luck because only I can make my own path.

These guys took two years of my life. All along I thought they were doing a good job for me. They answered my calls so I thought all was well.

My hearing date arrived and I answered all questions truthfully. The Myler attorney who sat in on the hearing took notes on a legal pad as the judge asked me questions. Hearing over the attorney said I represented myself well.

His last words to me were, "If your case is denied we will refile."

Two months later I receive a letter from Myler telling me about how I should appeal or start a new claim.

I did not realize my case had been denied. So I call my case manager and she tells me they are dropping me as a client. What the heck happened to "We will refile".

Two years of my life I wasted with these people.

I am sure they win some cases to stay in business.

However I would think long and hard before I trusted them with my future.

Haven't used |Myler yet, their not the only one's who act like that. I chose another Diability company.

Before my hearing I asked them is their anything else I could do to support my claim. They said theirs nothing more to do but wait. Which their was something else I could have done, because they didn't accomplish anything. I emailed them crying my heart out about my situation, most of the time they would email back.

Their attorneys for the first hearing, met me at the last minute, and flew by all the details. Then the next hearing I had a female attorney, they switched attorneys without asking me anything. I think you should at least meet with attorneys at least a week or 2 before hearing. Get this the second hearing the judge didn't show.

It was the coldest day ever, but I made it their an hour early, wasted carfare, because he cancelled it to another date, which I asked my lawyer, how much longer it will be before the judge calls another hearing. I think it's unfair that they can not show up and make your case longer than necessary when you already had been waiting 2 years.

|If I didn't show up my case would have been cancelled. Again it was cold as ever below 0, I made it why didn't he.

In 2010 my wife won her s.s disability case. She had to take her case in front of the hearing judge after being denied twice.

My wife had three letters from doctors stating she was disabled and the judge was surprised it had gone this long. On the day of her hearing the Myler attorney showed up just in time. he was completely prepared. He only needed to talk to my wife for a few minutes because he had all of her records.

This mylar attorney new exactly how to talk to the judge and just called out reference numbers to the medical records. The hearing did not last 5 minutes and the judge issued his ruling right then.

All back S.S payments included. Almost everyone gets denied at least once maybe twice.

We are unable to verify if this is a review from a client we've represented. We just became aware of this obscure website and the reviews that are here, so this is our first opportunity to address this. We had been unaware of any complaint like this, and since it has been 3 ½ years since this was posted, we strongly suspect this was just a person venting their frustration that Social Security isn't able to pay them more in monthly benefits. While we understand the frustration that can come from this, we can't change how much you worked in the past or how much you contributed to Social Security. The lawyers that were assigned to my husband continued to change every three months and when we finally were able to go in front of a judge. He was not prepared and the judge was extremely angry with him.

He was wasting his time so, he took the judgement out on my husband. He didn't get disability but SSI. You can't live on that... My husband tired to get another attorney to go back to the judge but no other attorney will deal with the situation.

We are getting ready to sue Brad Myler and the attorney that didn't do his job.

The attorney's at Myler will not even return are calls.. So, we are going to file a claim against them in Utah.....

2 years ago, I hired Myler Disability for my legal representation for SSI. They are a joke!!

Every month, the changed Case Managers. They wont return phone calls, & when you do reach a Case Manager, they sound like they are reading from a script. I suffer from ptsd, bipolar, depression, I also have hypertension, have had 3 tia's, and I have back & knee problems. The *** attorney that was assigned to my case didnt even contact me until the day before court.

All he told me was that it was dress casual & to be there 30 minutes early. He didnt go over any part of my case. He had not even looked at my case, until we got to court. The judge called us in 5 minutes after we got there, so my genius of an attorney didnt have time to look at it.

He even asked me what my name was. Needless to say, I got denied, so Myler Disability withdrew from my case. I had lost my job, due to my illness, had to stay with friends or family. I was even homeless at one point.

I just hired an attorney that I can call anytime & he will speak to me about my case. Oh & when Myler Disability withdrew, they had the nerve to send me a bill, which I will not pay one dime to them.

How do you have enough money to hire an attorney if you were homeless and lost your job? I hope that they take you to court and press charges against you for your refusing to do the adult thing and pay your bill.

You seem like a lazy person who is too lazy to get a job. You use your disability to not get a job.

You dont have to have money to hire any attorney for a disability case. I have been extremely ill for the past 3 years & have almost died a couple of times.

I am anything but lazy. I started working when I was 14 & have worked my entire life, so you need to ask a few questions about someone, before you start making comments like you did, when you do not have a clue what you are talking about.

I have very similar disabilities and issues. I used mylar, it took 2 years...not myler's fault, that is actually 6 months less than normal for this part of Florida, but they got me SSI and ssdi plus I only filled out forms once or twice.

If you didn't get what you thought was coming talk to your doctor. They have the controlling information the law office just puts it together.

Like did you have a letter from your doctor stating you could not return to the workforce? With your prognosis and diagnosis?

Yes I did have a letter...the attorney they sent did not even go over my case at all. I have since hired a real attorney that I can talk to him instead of 90 different case managers. I am glad that they got something for you, because they certainly did nothing for my case.

You will always be denied the first time. I got denied the first time and 2 years later I still have the same attorney, who knows both judges I have.

As far as time frame in the court, the first one like I said you will be denied and you spend very little time in the court room, the second one you have an hour in court and it is much more detailed and you speak. Don't give up.
