I truly believe this company is too big for it's britches.I sent a request for information and was immediately called and shoved into making an appointment for the next day about 3 p.m.
They called an hour early - twice - and left messages and then proceeded to blast my email and text message. When I sent a text back saying I wasn't available an hour early so didn't answer they ignored and instead repeated the same spam blast at 9 a.m. the following morning.
I called and asked to be removed from their list and received a curt scripted answer.When I asked "do you care why?" He said, "we just comply with your request." I don't know about you, but I prefer to receive help from a human not a huge automated machine with no compassion or consideration.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
