I have had the opportunity to visit with this client and have listened closely to the concerns he has voiced. Since his case was approved, he has had a hard time getting ahold of his case worker. Currently we're waiting for Social Security to release the funds, so we're stuck in a waiting game until that happens. However, even though there's not much we can do at this time expect wait, we still want our clients to know that we're here for them. We take seriously our responsibility of zealous client representation and we strive to provide quality customer service, even after the case is approved. We greatly appreciate this gentleman's feedback and will do all we can to use this to help better train our staff and provide a quality experience for our clients.

Myles Disability did get me approved and I thank them for that the only problem is it takes an act of god to get them on the phone all you get is an answering machine I can leave messages for days and no one will call you back. What kink of business operates like this.
