This review is not from a client, but claims to be from the family member of a client. We're not sure what actually transpired here, but if we told someone they didn't qualify for SSI because of household assets and/or income, we were most likely correct. We realize that the income of non-disabled spouses can wax and wane, which impacts a client's eligibility for SSI. Simply knowing that a client seeking SSI is married does not let us know how much his/her spouse is making now or in the future. As this changes, so does the advice we give our client. If you have questions about your eligibility for disability benefits, please call us at 1-800-652-9626.

How do you represent a client and barely speak with them?Terrible.

Barely spoke with the client and already knew this client was married, yet before trial told this client, sorry, not representing you because you are married and he makes too much. You knew this info! Would not recommend this firm to anyone. go somewhere else.
