We closely screen potential cases and do take age into account. This is because there's a direct correlation between age and the likelihood of being approved for benefits. We are not obligated to take on every single potential client, no matter how angry or upset they may be. We do make exceptions to our age rule, but it's taken on a case-by-case basis. Because we only get paid if we win your case, we try hard to screen our potential clients for those having cases most deserving of disability benefits and the most likely to be approved. Customer service

A friend referred me to this law firm last week, I called them up today to find out if they could help me since I've got an ALJ hearing coming up soon.

Instead of listening to any details about my case the first question was how old I was. Nowhere on their site does it say that in order to qualify for their services that you need to be 30 or older. "We're sorry we're not able to accept clients under 30 at this time."

Not only are the criteria different for people under 50 and the majority of the judges are age biased anyway, but you've got to deal with these clowns turning people down because they're under 30. Nice job, maybe next time put that in your FAQ!

(They probably can't because it's discrimination. I'm surprised the person I was talking to even disclosed that specific information.)

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I liked: Website.

I didn't like: Age matters.
