I had the opportunity to talk to this client shortly after she submitted this review. We are very sympathetic to the difficult life situations she is facing, but unfortunately the majority of her problems are well beyond the scope of what a disability application can address. From what we can tell, she is particularly upset that she doesn't have transportation to get to an upcoming doctors appointment. She has expressed this concern to my staff in the past and we have tried helping her identify other means of transportation. Regrettably, she is uninterested in any such discussions. We sincerely wish this person the best and hope that she can get the help she needs.

To be honest, it has been a year and a half-hour years since I have been with MYLER. I am strong you considering going with another law firm.

MYLER has done nothing that I haven't already done myself. Calls aren't returned or if they are, they go to the wrong number despite me leaving my current number in the phone message. Extremely disappointed. Received a call a few days ago from my new caseworker, in training who couldn't answer any questions.

She just kept apologizing and saying she was in training. Tells me she is sending paperwork to be signed so MYLER can get paid if I win my case.

I told her I signed them two years ago, she tells me they lost them. Perfect opportunity to move on to another law firm!

I have been trying to contact this client all week and she has not returned any of my calls. I'd be very happy to discuss with her the concerns she has voiced. We have been representing her since last summer and have had very cordial conversations with her in the past. We have also had regular communication with her. I was contacted by hailey from myler disability and she said they would take my case. Sent me paperwork to fill out.

Never had anymore contact with her again i was contacted by several members of the disability law firm including Jessica who talked with me on the phone about my Adhd evaluation and about my foot deformity. But i have not heard from anyone else since January. So im pissed and i want to sue them for impostors, because they have cost me my disability case. This should be against the law.

And im going to contact the disability administration because they called me and said they had recieved my paperwork from myler disability. Mind you Mr. Terry Knight never told me that they were not disability lawyers.

This is fraud at the highest level. Pissed.

I WAS SHOT IN THE HEAD SO I HAVE FRONTOL LOBE DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF THE GUN SHOT WHOM I HAVE BONE FRAGMITS THAT THEY HAD TO REMOVE BUT THEY COULD NOT GET IT ALL I WAS WORKING AND I HAD GOT LAID OFF I KEPT CALLING MYLER DISABILITY AND THEY TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY IN THE MEAN TIME I WAS GETTING ALL OF MY INFOMATION FOR THEM AND THEY WERE DOING THERE JOB AS WELL SO AFTER A WEEK OF BEING OUTTA WORK I CALLED THEM BACK THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME SOON SO IM STILL WAITING FOR SOMETHING TO HAPPEND AND I STARTED TO PANIC SO A MONTH WENT BY AND I WAS GETTING FRUSTR8TED SO A MONTH AND A WEEK OUTTA WORK AND NOTHING FROM ANYONE SO THE NEXT MORNING I WAKE UP MADE A CUP OF COFFEE AND WAS WATCHING THE PRICE IS RIGHT THEN AFTER THAT HAD WENT OFF I GET A CALL FROM MY WIFE AT THE TIME TALKING ABOUT MY CASE SO IN MY MIND IM LIKE OK HERE WE GO AGAIN I JUST KNEW I WAS GONNA GET SOME BAD NEWS SO I CALLED BACK TO MY HOME TOWN AND SPOKE WITH MY AUNTEE AND SHE WAS TELLING ME THE SAME THING THAT I NEEDED TO CALL THE SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE SO AFTER I HUNG UP THE PHONE I CALLED THEM IT WAS THEN MY HEART HAD DROPED AND IT WAS THEN I GOT MY SELF READY FOR WHAT EVER. We've been trying to get ahold of this client for several weeks. Last we spoke to her she told us her phone had been stolen and the new number she gave us is no longer working. We'd encourage her to give us a call at 1-800-652-9626. We appreciate her reaching out on this website and hope that we can reestablish contact with her soon. We understand how frustrating it can be waiting for a disability claim to be processed by Social Security. Wait times are extremely long, especially when waiting for a hearing. Unfortunately this is being made worse by the current backlog SSA is facing and the hiring freeze that the Agency has in place. No matter how long it takes, though, we're here to help our clients out every step along the way.

We understand the stress that she's under as she tries helping a family member with a diminished mental capacity and we applaud her for being so willing to help. Called the office to get understanding on how I can assist my father in law and the first response from a femal associate was "well what do you want me to do about it" in a sarcastic tone. Not thrilled about why my father in law chose this firm.

I had the privilege today of speaking with this client and we discussed the consultative examination that he missed in March 2016. Social Security sent notice shortly before the exam and he didn't get the letter until after the date had already passed. A request was made to have the examination rescheduled, but Social Security denied the request. We are continuing to represent this client in the appeal process and we appreciate his feedback. We constantly look for ways to improve our service and love to hear feedback from our clients!

I was refer to Myler Disability through a friend he explain how the help him with his claim and everything rule in his favor. So I was like they maybe they can assist me with my claim so far they have been working very diligently with my case.

However the only issue I had with Myler Disability was they didn't notify me about the doctor appointment that I had with the state and since I was unaware of this appointment I miss it and as a result of this action I was now face with filing a appeal which in return I now have to wait even longer. So therefore since this was a form of negligence what else can be done with this entire no matter what.

I couldn't have asked for a better group

I had the opportunity today to speak with this gentlemen and discuss his complaints with our office. He was experiencing some confusion in regards to the communication with our office. We've had regular phone conversations with him and each time we've taken any action on his case (including the appeal he discusses in his complaint), we've both called him and send a confirmation email summarizing the phone conversation and outlining the action we're taking on his case. Interestingly, the appeal he says we never informed him about was completed and submitted while he was on the phone with our staff. Ten minutes later, we sent him a confirmation email regarding the filing of the appeal and what further actions we needed him to take to help strengthen his case.

Recently, after reviewing the medical records that he sent us (which we did NOT lose) and the medical reports that just became available to us from Social Security (based on examinations some of their doctors completed on him), we determined there was probably not enough evidence for him to be successful in his case. We've talked to this client about our concerns with his medical records and the lack of support from his own doctors. He knows that if he starts seeing new doctors, and if any of his doctors are supportive of him applying for disability, we'd be happy to look at his claim again and try helping him.

This gentleman has my direct phone number and can call me in the future to discuss his medical records. We'd be very interested in helping him again if his medical conditions worsen and his doctors become supportive of his pursuit of benefits.

Got a letter yesterday that they are withdrawing from my case and that I wouldn't be charged for services,my question is how could you charge me and you all didn't do anything.No request for medical record no nothing. The medical records I had I sent to them and they lost them.Very unprofessional,i got turned down and didn't find out till I was in the 4th month of the appeal process,and the only I found out is because I called them.Now 6 months into the appeal process they withdraw.The letter stating that was the first time id heard from them in a year without me having to call them.They probably take on every case they discover and are over loaded if you don't contact them you wont hear from em,and the person assigned to your case everytime you call I guarantee it goes to voice mail.I got a new case worker that I had to call just to find that out,and she withdrew from my case so the firm doesn't represent me any more a whole year of waiting for nothing.
