what's going on with my hearing?

Won the case. | Myler Disability review

Not the decision I wanted but works. Not the attorneys problem what the judge does. As for customer service. I have no problem. Read a lot of negative reviews. Well all I have to say is. Mylar Disability has no control or answers what the S.S.A. does. .

I have had the opportunity to talk to this nice lady and I believe her concerns have been resolved. We never agreed to be her representatives and had talked to her in mid-August about the need to get her hearing postponed to a date we have a representative available. Because her hearing is so soon, our attorneys in her area are scheduled for other cases with other judges that day. Apparently Social Security is not willing to let her postpone, which makes it so we're unable to help as her representatives. She is having difficulty finding anyone who can take her case on with such short notice. It is most unfortunate that Social Security is unwilling to allow her more time to find a representative and then allow that representative time to update the exhibit file with the latest medical records.

I have contacted Myler Disability to represent me in my upcoming Social Security Disability case hearing. After filling out all the necessary paperwork and signing all the documents to hire the firm, five weeks later I am told Myler can not help me that they do not have enough time to prepare before the hearing.

I don't buy it and now six weeks before my hearing I am scrambling to find another disability attorney to represent me.

This is not how you treat people especially people who need help. Thanks for nothing!

I wrote a review over a month ago or so. I got a call from a guy who tried to tell me they dropped my case because I dont have a SSA Claim.

After him looking he realized I do have a claim pending and said he would have to look into it and get back to me and I have yet to hear back from him.

At this point I would not recommend them to anyone because they dont appear to know what they are doing. I will reprecent myself and keep my money in my pocket than to give them one cent.

We received this person's voice message and called back shortly after. We were able to talk to her and answer the questions she had. When clients call in and aren't able to talk to their case worker, we strongly encourage them to leave a voice message. We return the calls quickly.

Health problems where piling up,rushed to the hospital nearly 50 times. In a 4 year period.Was fired from job even though I had all dr.s notes and release forms.Myler stepped in took over my case completly,and even though I was in the hospital when I was going to be evaluated s.s.d.i they still won my case in 6or7 months.Will never forget how much Myler helped me.So glad I picked them,will advertise anytime for free they made everything stress free!

It’s been taking along time with SSI , 2 years to be exact. Mylar has done everything thus far that an attorney would do .

I have my hearing date and Mylar has and still continues to request records, HOWEVER, I also keep them updated. If there weren’t any wins then how are they still in business ?!

Only problem I’m not really liking , is no contact with my assigned attorney.

They never gave up even though there were many bumps in the road ( due to unforeseen incedents)

Wish me luck , for Hearing coming this Sept in Ma. Like
