I signed up for these Lawyers in November of last year. Even though I know it takes a while to get this type of case done for physical disability. They have been great. Always are keeping in touch with me. Make me feel highly important. And that my case matters to them.

Because I have an extreme physical disability that is almost my entire spine. And also my right knee. It takes time for especially these ordeals to get squared out.

In the event you are filing for a mental disability it takes a shorter amount of time and less hassle to receive those benefits.

I know its gonna take a long time to battle to get my disability benefits that i deserve. I am 35 yo. and miss work. Ive been working since i was early teens. And its something i had instilled in me at a very young age. I'm not lazy nor did i ever want to take from the citizens who pay into SS. I am thankful that they have, and i have also payed in for many years. I've heard a lot of hype about ppl screwing the system, or living off of it because they're lazy. And some of us that's not the case at all. Our bodies or minds have just become too overwhelming for us to manage a normal life. Myler has made me feel like a real person. And that is why i am giving my review. Those ppl who keep reporting that they're a scam. Were obviously denied and had no case to run on. And out of spite. Reviewed with a negative report. If that's not the case. Than give more of a good reason other than being pissed they asked for your DOB. cuz that's what they have to do. If they didn't they wouldn't be a real business. And in the event you feel you have been judged for age, race, creed etc. don't review it here. Report your local SS office for the denial of your case. Because it wasn't the lawyers who did it. It was you local SS office who did. It takes equal work. your side and theirs to get your disability rolling. if its that important to you. you would have done all it took to continue to fight for what you deserve to survive. That's just common knowledge. I am glad that i found these lawyers. I had no other avenues. Because of the city i live in. We are surrounded by pretty bad lawyers for this kinda issue. I looked all over the internet for Lawyers that would fight with all they had to help me. And i found them.

Myler Disability in Everett, Washington - Ageist, not accepting clients under 30

We closely screen potential cases and do take age into account. This is because there's a direct correlation between age and the likelihood of being approved for benefits. We are not obligated to take on every single potential client, no matter how angry or upset they may be. We do make exceptions to our age rule, but it's taken on a case-by-case basis. Because we only get paid if we win your case, we try hard to screen our potential clients for those having cases most deserving of disability benefits and the most likely to be approved. If you have questions about whether we can help you, call us at 1-800-652-9626.

A friend referred me to this law firm last week, I called them up today to find out if they could help me since I've got an ALJ hearing coming up soon.

Instead of listening to any details about my case the first question was how old I was. Nowhere on their site does it say that in order to qualify for their services that you need to be 30 or older. "We're sorry we're not able to accept clients under 30 at this time."

Not only are the criteria different for people under 50 and the majority of the judges are age biased anyway, but you've got to deal with these clowns turning people down because they're under 30. Nice job, maybe next time put that in your FAQ!

(They probably can't because it's discrimination. I'm surprised the person I was talking to even disclosed that specific information.)

Because this is an anonymous review, we're unable to verify its validity. We would encourage this person to give us a call so that we can understand more fully what his/her complaint is. As written, it appears this person is mad because we were paid after helping win his/her case. If for any reason you're not happy with what has happened with your claim, give us a call at 1-800-652-9626. We'd love the opportunity to address any concerns you have.

They got their money despite my asking to be withdrawn. Now they wanting me to sign off on another installment.

We're not attempting to prey on the sick. Rather, we're trying to help disabled individuals who can no longer work obtain benefits through Social Security. We'd be more than happy to discuss this matter with this person or his/her new attorney. We...

I've been dealing with MD for almost 3 years But I expected it to take this long. All these reviews on here that say stuff about them evidently they had nothing wrong with them and trying scam to get a free ride.

I have had ever question answered and every phone call answered since I have been with them. I have a hearing coming up in about 3 months. If you all read about S.S and the appeals and read about how long it takes in your state you wouldn't be bashing them.

Grow up quit bad mouthing them and wait your 2 to 3 years cause thats how long some cases take. It will be worth it in the end after you get a bunch of your medical records built up.

We just became aware of this review and we wish we could have addressed these concerns much earlier. If you have questions about your case, we'd encourage you to call so that we can help you through this difficult process. Here, we're unable to verify the authenticity of this anonymous review, but we find it odd that we would be blamed for the frustration this person has with his/her doctor. Myler Disability is a scam...I was cheated out of 9 months of my disability. I had 2 open heart surgeries in 3 days, had cataracts and could not drive.

My chest was sewn together with steel wire & I was a caregiver. My *** dr said I could go back to work after 90 days. What a joke. How could I lift 200 lb people with my chest sawed in half.

Myler did NOTHING to help me! They never contacted my eye dr or the dr that performed my back surgery. I would not recommend them to the devil! They ripped me off so I am appealing ssi's decision.

They are fraudulent & need to pay for it. I also did all the work & it took a yr to get anything.

They are a joke. If there is an attorney that could help me I would appreciate it.

We would love the opportunity to talk to this person to see why they feel we are rude and unprofessional. We try very hard to offer outstanding customer service and nearly all of our clients feel that we do. In addition, we're quite successful at what we do and have helped tens of thousands of people obtain disability benefits. If you have concerns about your case, call us at 1-800-652-9626.
