Myler Disability's reply to:

Myler disability let me down Melody Sabonis

We're sad that this client wasn't approved for benefits. Our attorney that covered this case, (who lives in this client's home state), did the best she could at the hearing to convince the administrative law judge that this client was unable to work. All of the medical records had been submitted, testimony from the client was presented, and all the normal legal arguments were made. However, in the end it was the judge who decided that this client was still able to sustain a job. At Myler Disability, we're not ambulance chasers. We are simply trying to help disabled individuals obtain benefits from Social Security. While we've been successful in helping tens of thousands of clients obtain benefits, there are times that Social Security doesn't rule our way. The same happens with all other attorneys and representatives out there. When we do received an unfavorable decision, we can often appeal, but it greatly depends on how strong the records are and how believable the client sounded during her testimony. If this client would like to discuss further why we weren't able to continue representing her, she can call us at 1-800-652-9626.

To say Myler let me down is an understatement. I never had the same attorney when I called them to see how things were going.

I pretty much had a slam dunk case, and they blew it. They had no trouble calling me the day before my phone interview though. They said they would be happy to take my case, and because of them I have learned to ask question before hand. They never told me at the time they were in Utah had I known just that I would have passed. They are pretty much ABULANCE CHASERS.

Live and learn, but in the mean time here I am unemployable homeless. Myler you should be ashamed of yourselves.

We're sorry if this was your experience. When potential clients call in and ask for help or advice, we try hard to do what we can for them. Less than 1 in 5 of the people who contact us are eligible to become our clients and we try hard to point the rest in the direction they can go for help. If we called you an hour before the time you wanted to speak with us, we apologize. If you're still interested in pursuing a disability claim, give us a call at 1-800-652-9626 and we'd love to talk to you.

I truly believe this company is too big for it's britches. I sent a request for information and was immediately called and shoved into making an appointment for the next day about 3 p.m.

They called an hour early - twice - and left messages and then proceeded to blast my email and text message. When I sent a text back saying I wasn't available an hour early so didn't answer they ignored and instead repeated the same spam blast at 9 a.m. the following morning.

I called and asked to be removed from their list and received a curt scripted answer. When I asked "do you care why?" He said, "we just comply with your request." I don't know about you, but I prefer to receive help from a human not a huge automated machine with no compassion or consideration.

Myler Disability Legal Services Review from Toledo, Ohio

We're glad we were able to help you win your SSDI case and we hope things are going well for you. We realize it takes a long time for these claims to be processed due to the extremely large backlog at Social Security. During this process, we do what we can to help you out and to prepare your case for when it is finally heard by an administrative law judge. Thanks for your patience and for allowing us to be by your side every step of the way.

We're not certain that this is a review from a client of ours. We do know, however, that it can be frustrating waiting for your claim to be processed by Social Security. We are here to help our clients during these long wait times. We encourage our clients to continue seeing doctors and therapists during this time so that when a hearing is finally scheduled by an administrative law judge, the evidence is as strong as possible. Whether you're straight or gay, single, widowed or divorced, we're happy to help you with your claim! If you were told we can't help you because of your marital status, it would have been because your household assets and income appeared to disqualify you from receiving SSI benefits. Be assured that we won't judge anyone by their marital status, sexual orientation or gender identity. We're interested in helping anyone who is disabled and may qualify for benefits from Social Security. If you have questions, give us a call at 1-800-652-9626.

Yes they were very unprofessional and discriminated on me due to my martial status

We are unable to verify if this is a review from a client we've represented. If we withdraw from someone's case, it's most likely because the medical records from the doctors do not match the extreme limitations the client is alleging. We would be happy...

Myler Disability review: Review in Health Insurance category from Elizabeth, New Jersey

We're unable to verify the authenticity of this review. However, we do want to address the concerns this person raises. Apparently, his/her claim was denied and disability benefits were not paid. At Myler Disability, we don't profit at all if a client's case is denied. We only get paid if we win, so we only have one goal in mind: to zealously represent each client and do our best to make sure the case is given a fair review by Social Security. We don't claim that we can win every case. No one can make such a hollow promise. Rather, we make sure all of your medical records are up to date and submitted to Social Security, then try arguing the evidence in a light most favorable to to you. We have a proven track record of success and take pride in the job we do. However, if the claim is denied, it's because Social Security felt that the evidence didn't support the level of impairment you alleged on your application or at your hearing. Be assured that we care greatly about trying to get you positive results! If you have questions about your claim, call us at 1-800-652-9626.

Myler Disability Legal Services Review from Owings Mills, Maryland

We can't verify if this review was from an actual client. However, we could encourage this person, if indeed he/she is, or has been, a client of ours, to give us a call. We're happy to discuss these concerns in greater detail and try reaching a resolution that he/she is happy with. Please be aware that we've never told anyone we would “sue” them if they fire us. Nor can the long processing times with Social Security be blamed on our office. The truth is that Social Security is experiencing extremely long processing times and most claims will take longer than one would anticipate to be approved. Also, be aware that at Myler Disability, we've successfully represented tens of thousands of disabled persons. We're very good at what we do and nearly all of our clients are happy with the services we offer. Significantly less that ½ of 1% of our clients ever write a negative review or file a complaint. While we always look for ways to improve, we are proud of the customer service we offer. Give us a call at 1-800-652-9626.
