Switched agents to much, but my first two was good and on the case, what ever I needed to know they found out, the third one didn't do anything, I did it all my self but got approved.

We appreciate the comments from this client. He/she is correct: the wait times our clients are experiencing are due to the backlog of cases at Social Security. We want your claim to be approved as quickly as possible and while we're waiting for your hearing to be scheduled, we need you to continue seeing your doctors. Your case is much more likely to be approved if you are continuing to see doctors and they are documenting your impairments and how these impact your activities of daily living. If you have questions, give us a call at 1-800-652-9626.

I have had an open case with myler since 2013. Finally I have had my court case sept 1st.

I still have not gotten a response of yay or nay and am ready to hear what the judge has decided. I see alot of bogus reviews on here about you dont get a response. Its taking them years. Well for one they do not decide the wait its according to your state and city on ehat the wait time will be with ss so do some research and it will show you that.

Secondly your num should have been linked to the phone system to your case manager fyi yhey are not your actual lawyers but they are who you would speak to regarding your case.

People disability is a very long proccess to *** out who really needs it and who doesnt. Mysuggestion is tostay positive visit your docs on a reg for paper trail and keep in mind that.

Just read your statement I have been waiting since 3013 too. I too went to Court on Sept.

3rd 2014. They said the Judge denied me but were going to appeal it and check the Judge out to see why. Still waiting. Thanks to my Son I still have a place to live.

But it's shaky.

You didn't say if you got your Disability or not. Signed: Kathy-whitetrash1955@yahoo.com

I agree my 2013 case went to a ADJ in Pasadena, CA Oct 2nd 2015 and ten days later the award "FULLY FAVORABLE" My first installment hit my bank account 11/9/2015. I have been told back pay will follow.

Myler said wow that was quick because I got paid before an award amount letter. Key note answer your SSA review phone call and set up direct deposit immediately.

If you do end up getting sent to answering machine, please leave a message and we'll call you back within 24 hours. We don't get paid unless you win, so making sure we stay in contact with you is one of our highest priorities!

SSD approval a few years back.

I never wrote a review of the excellent service and speedy decisions that Myler assisted me in receiving SSD. They were responsive and helpful, if you filled out their forms correctly and honestly.

They ran interference for me and yes they took a fair portion of my SSD check, but notified me ahead of time and saved me months if not a year of red tape.

I TRIED FOR SIX MONTHS with Social Security hearings and a case worker who was overloaded and an Island away from my residence to retrieve my SSD approval. I would and have recommended their services to others.

I agree they were great I think people put the red tape and bureaucracy on them. It just takes time.

Myler Disability - DORIS

It was difficult at times to maintain contact with this client and also difficult to help her understand what was happening with her claim. Her file was being handled by an out-of-state judge and the hearing was to be conducted via video. (We usually discourage our clients from opting for a video hearing because it seems most of the judges don't pay close attention during video hearings; here, however, the client had requested it). Because of the client's confusion, and because she had not been returning our phone calls, she called the wrong Social Security office prior to her hearing and became upset when they told her that the case was being handled by a judge in an office out-of-state. This lead to her hearing being postponed and rescheduled. Fortunately, this was something we were able to sort out and her hearing was eventually held.

Always have to beg to talk to someone. Dropped the ball on my SSI re app for over two months.

and NEVER can get anyone to return calls. Also the call at 7am and ask you to call them back and when you call back NO ONE ANSWERS!!! And you can't get anyone to talk to!!! Their new phone system is a joke!!!

I have tried to complain but it seem it makes no difference.

They seem not to care. I have called and asked to talk to a real person only to be pu though to the answering machine.

Myler disability let me down Melody Sabonis

We're sad that this client wasn't approved for benefits. Our attorney that covered this case, (who lives in this client's home state), did the best she could at the hearing to convince the administrative law judge that this client was unable to work. All of the medical records had been submitted, testimony from the client was presented, and all the normal legal arguments were made. However, in the end it was the judge who decided that this client was still able to sustain a job. At Myler Disability, we're not ambulance chasers. We are simply trying to help disabled individuals obtain benefits from Social Security. While we've been successful in helping tens of thousands of clients obtain benefits, there are times that Social Security doesn't rule our way. The same happens with all other attorneys and representatives out there. When we do received an unfavorable decision, we can often appeal, but it greatly depends on how strong the records are and how believable the client sounded during her testimony. If this client would like to discuss further why we weren't able to continue representing her, she can call us at 1-800-652-9626.

To say Myler let me down is an understatement. I never had the same attorney when I called them to see how things were going.

I pretty much had a slam dunk case, and they blew it. They had no trouble calling me the day before my phone interview though. They said they would be happy to take my case, and because of them I have learned to ask question before hand. They never told me at the time they were in Utah had I known just that I would have passed. They are pretty much ABULANCE CHASERS.

Live and learn, but in the mean time here I am unemployable homeless. Myler you should be ashamed of yourselves.

We're sorry if this was your experience. When potential clients call in and ask for help or advice, we try hard to do what we can for them. Less than 1 in 5 of the people who contact us are eligible to become our clients and we try hard to point the rest in the direction they can go for help. If we called you an hour before the time you wanted to speak with us, we apologize. If you're still interested in pursuing a disability claim, give us a call at 1-800-652-9626 and we'd love to talk to you.

I truly believe this company is too big for it's britches. I sent a request for information and was immediately called and shoved into making an appointment for the next day about 3 p.m.

They called an hour early - twice - and left messages and then proceeded to blast my email and text message. When I sent a text back saying I wasn't available an hour early so didn't answer they ignored and instead repeated the same spam blast at 9 a.m. the following morning.

I called and asked to be removed from their list and received a curt scripted answer. When I asked "do you care why?" He said, "we just comply with your request." I don't know about you, but I prefer to receive help from a human not a huge automated machine with no compassion or consideration.

We're glad we were able to help you win your SSDI case and we hope things are going well for you. We realize it takes a long time for these claims to be processed due to the extremely large backlog at Social Security. During this process, we do what we can to help you out and to prepare your case for when it is finally heard by an administrative law judge. Thanks for your patience and for allowing us to be by your side every step of the way.
