Yes myler did take a long time and no they dont call u back much they did help me get my ssdi but took 3 years..myler didnt want as much money as a local lawyer

We're unable to verify the authenticity of this review. However, we do want to address the concerns this person raises. Apparently, his/her claim was denied and disability benefits were not paid. At Myler Disability, we don't profit at all if a client's case is denied. We only get paid if we win, so we only have one goal in mind: to zealously represent each client and do our best to make sure the case is given a fair review by Social Security. We don't claim that we can win every case. No one can make such a hollow promise. Rather, we make sure all of your medical records are up to date and submitted to Social Security, then try arguing the evidence in a light most favorable to to you. We have a proven track record of success and take pride in the job we do. However, if the claim is denied, it's because Social Security felt that the evidence didn't support the level of impairment you alleged on your application or at your hearing. If you have any chance do not use these people all i got was deniel over and over and when i chose to fire these people they try suit me or any lawer i would use they dont keep up with your case and all they do is pass you from one of their people who work for them because of them i lost my whole case and i cant work or any thing but because i trusted these people i say again with tears in my eyes do not use these people

We're happy to discuss these concerns in greater detail and try reaching a resolution that he/she is happy with. Please be aware that we've never told anyone we would “sue” them if they fire us. Nor can the long processing times with Social Security be blamed on our office. The truth is that Social Security is experiencing extremely long processing times and most claims will take longer than one would anticipate to be approved. Also, be aware that at Myler Disability, we've successfully represented tens of thousands of disabled persons. We're very good at what we do and nearly all of our clients are happy with the services we offer. Significantly less that ½ of 1% of our clients ever write a negative review or file a complaint. I start to use myler and wish i had never every time i call some one new on my case that didnt know what was going on never return my calls and if they send mail it was the same way late or didnt know so i choice to let them go and find some one else and because i told them i would not want to go any farter with them that wrote a letter with all kind reason to stay with them if i didnt they would be suing me if i didnt take them back i do feel they are the reson my case has been so long just get more money for them self i can say if any has a case do not use myler for any thing they just a srcam and they need have their a license revoked i say agaid look over their reveiw they will do more harm that to help you

We aren't sure if this is a review from anyone Myler Disability has represented, or has ever talked to on the phone. If t his person is upset because we told his wife to sign and mail back our representation paperwork, we're sorry if offense was taken. If she's unable to read, she needs to have someone explain to her what the documents say. Without a client signing our paperwork and acknowledging that (1) they are hiring us to represent them in their disability claim, and (2) they are filing a disability claim with Social Security, we simply cannot represent them. If a client can't understand the paperwork, we're always happy to answer questions. However, they need to find a family member or friend they trust to help them complete the requisite paperwork.

I fired them before I hired them. During intake info.

I told them about wife's issues.

She couldn't read and write very well. They called her and told her to sign papers she told them that she can't read and write they told her it didn't matter to sign and mail it in any way WTF------ my name is michael horton dallas i will not recommend my leg to anyone
