Im seeming to be ignored by my attorney and he never returns my call! Im not sure if hes still my attorney cause i can never serm to reach him any more.need to know what my disability status is.Can someone please help?!!!

i am confused with the e mail, i can't get a responce i cant get in contact with you at all, i got your message and i have no minutes till monday, i signed all the paper work that you sent, but i needed to send an electronic signature back, please don't give up on me i just need to wait till i get minutes on my phone, and i can't find and email so here is my e mail address again, it is corinalcollins@yahoo.com please contact me back, there are other lawyers trying to get me to sign with them and i refuse to.

We do take complaints like this seriously, though. It is our company policy to return all calls within 24 hours. We also make a very concerted effort to answer nearly all phone calls as the come in (during business hours, of course). In regards to returning voice messages, sometimes clients have problems with their phone service and it makes it difficult for us to get in touch with them. It is so easy to get discouraged in this process. It was nice having someone there every step of the way. I'm in my early 30's, which made it extremely harder to get a positive outcome from SSA. After a denial on the first round Myler Disability was there for me and helped me stay on track. If it wasn't for them I would have gotten too frustrated to move on to the court part where I got my approval. They took care of everything and walked me through every step. I have a metal spine, severe neuropathy, osteoarthritis, and spinal stenosis. I would defiantly recommend Myler Disability to anyone. Tara Preston

I used Myler for my disability case and it was a mistake. He never returned my calls or kept me informed on what was going on. I had to fill out the paperwork even though I repeatedly asked for help.

He was continually confusing me with another client, even at court he had to keep looking though his papers to remind him of who he was dealing with and would say things that were not about my case to the judge.

I didn’t feel comfortable with judge. When I ask him to request a new judge, Myler refused because he likes this judge. The case was denied and went for appeal. I fired Myler.

I went to court with a different judge and represented myself and was awarded some money. Sadly, I had to pay him for not doing anything because I mistakenly didn’t keep a copy of the fire letter for myself and it his office said there was no record of it. He then took more of my money than he said he would.

In summary of Myler does not care about people, I was almost homeless, his response was that might help our case. Clearly he doesn’t care about his clients all he cares about is how much money he can get from them.

They were very good. They kept me up to date throughout the process. I would have never been able to do any of this process on my own. When my wife became disabled 1 year after myself I had her use Myler also. I would recommend highly recommend Myler disability to anyone that may find themselves in the unfortunate position of becoming disabled. Chris Lennon

After reviewing this claim, we determined that we were unable to file an appeal to the Appeals Council because the medical evidence didn't seem to match the degree of limitation being alleged. Of course our desire is to help as many clients as possible win their case, as that's the only way we get paid. There is no financial incentive to lead somebody along and then dump their claim when there's still a way of being able to win them benefits. Here, the judge didn't believe the client and we didn't feel that the medical records were supportive enough to continue making this fight. If the client has further questions, he can call us at 1-800-652-9626.

I went for my hearing in front of judge, and later on got letter indicating I was denied, according to Judge I am able to find a job that will allow me to stand and sit as needed and NOT work around anyone ( I have 2 bad knees but to young for knee replacements, also a bad spine but no surgery would ever fix it, Bipolar, schizophrenic, PTSD from abuse and mood disorder) and after I got this letter I got a call from Myler saying They were dropping me as a client as there was nothing else they could do but I could file an appeal.. I was like wow really, your there to help people but you will only help them to get in front of judge then drop them..

AWFUL way of working.. but then again welcome to the corrupted society of America..

been in the appeal process for 2 years now..its been 3 1/2 years since I first applied.. but yet people get approved every day for minor *** stuff such as being LAZY!!!
